Saxelby Cheese Doodle No. 12: Winnimere

This week, the fine folks at Saxelby Cheese introduced me to the decadent awesomeness that is Winnimere‬, a cheese that is only produced in the winter months by Jasper Hill Farm. If the ‎Golden Girls‬ were around today, I'd bet they'd trade a wheel of cheesecake for a wheel of Winnimere and 4 spoons! ‪
